Terms of Service (Heartland Home Cleaning LLC)
1) Services
Heartland Home Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing (text/email/quote) prior to the appointment.
2) Scheduling & Access
Customer is responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-access situations may be subject to a fee.
4) Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include card, ACH, or invoice payment links.
5) Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
6) Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear. Please point out any fragile or high-value items in advance.
